Definition of Mentors & Mentees

Mentors

Our mentors are experienced professionals and educators who volunteer their time to support and inspire the next generation of leaders. Click here for the list of mentors. They serve as trusted advisors, sharing knowledge and insights to empower students in their academic and personal growth. Mentors offer encouragement and guidance, helping students develop effective strategies for success. Through their mentorship, they assist students in navigating their educational and career paths, aiming to help them reach their full potential.

Mentees

Mentees are ambitious students transitioning through pivotal stages in their educational and professional journeys, whether moving from high school to university or from university to the workforce. They engage with mentors to receive personalized guidance and resources tailored to their academic and career goals. Mentees are encouraged to proactively seek support and leverage their mentors' expertise to successfully navigate these critical transitions.
