Join us in the Mommy to Be: The Speaker Series, which is presented by a group of experts and specialists on important topics in the fields of motherhood, childhood and health.In this session, we will host Farah Abu Raslan, an intuitive sleep specialist for children and young infants. We will learn how to implement a pre-sleep routine that will help the mother organize the infant’s daily sleep schedule. She will also introduce us to children's personality types according to their sensory behaviors, in addition to the types of crying and different calming techniques.
