CoRT Thinking, developed by Edward De Bono, is one of the most important thinking strategies and is used to expand awareness and solve problems in a creative way.

Did you know that chess improves memory and problem-solving skills, and raises IQ? It is a wonderful way to improve focus and flex those creative muscles and, most importantly, kids have fun playing the game.

In celebration of Global Accessibility Awareness Day, the Library's Assistive Technology Center will provide a tour to present accessibility features and services, assistive technology devices, and online resources that allow all our patrons to make full use of all that the Library has to offer. 

Join us in this training session to learn about the Library's resources and what is available to Library members. We will highlight a wide range of different collections and resources and show you how to use them.

Sensory stories are a great way to support children, especially those with special needs. Join us for this specially designed multisensory story program for children with an autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, or developmental disability. Kids will enjoy sensory storytelling and other multi-sensory activities.
