The 4th edition of the Libraries Lead Forum is held in partnership with the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) Middle East and North Africa Regional Office. It will be centered around the theme, "Libraries Thriving Together in an Open Ecosystem" and will focus on exploring how libraries can develop and flourish within a collaborative, open environment where partnerships, innovation and shared resources drive collective success.
Topics will include:
- Forging strategic partnerships
- Fostering cross-sector and community-driven collaborations
- Strategies for building resilient, interconnected library communities
- Inclusive and diverse community engagement
- Open knowledge networks and good practice
- Sustainable, long-term open initiatives
- Open resources and opportunities for marginalized communities

- Global initiatives in advancing open knowledge and resources
