The visiting delegation praised the Library’s efforts in cultivating a culture of learning
The President of Nepal, Her Excellency Bidhya Devi Bhandari, was given a tour of Qatar National Library today by its Executive Director, Dr. Sohair Wastawy, which highlighted the Library’s wealth of resources and facilities.
Qatar National Library has welcomed more than 370,000 visitors, and registered more than 100,000 members, since opening to the public in November 2017. Over the course of the past year, the Library has also developed numerous local and international collaborations to promote learning and research.
