Sheikh Mohamed Al Thani, author of the book 'Jassim the Leader: Founder of Qatar' with some of the lecture's attendees
A lecture outlining the vision of Qatar’s founder, Sheikh Jassim Al Thani, was held at Qatar National Library yesterday. Entitled: ‘The Vision of the Leader: Founder of Qatar,’ the lecture was organized to mark Qatar National Day, a collective celebration of the nation’s forefathers’ achievements.
In his lecture, His Excellency Sheikh Mohamed Al Thani, author of the book Jassim the Leader: Founder of Qatar, outlined the historical factors that have influenced Qatar’s economic, social and cultural development over the past decades.
