They'll identify their senses through songs and hands-on activities, with multisensory activities for children with learning difficulties.

Join this casual gathering of knitters and crocheters every Thursday from 9:00 – 11:00 AM to work on projects and share skills in a friendly atmosphere. Participants are welcome to bring their own supplies and projects or borrow the Library’s needles and yarn. All skill levels are welcome, including beginners who are interested in learning. Dana Al Fardan is a Qatari composer, songwriter and symphonic artist, drawing on her rich cultural heritage and influenced by her love of world music. Her work is a blend of Arab-influenced contemporary classical, epic in scale and universally accessible. She has a considerable local audience and is garnering international attention thanks to her most recent album release, Sandstorm, and her appointment as the official composer for Qatar Airways.

The Writers’ Circle is an opportunity for creative writers to come together and share their work. The group will provide inspiration, feedback and encouragement in a supportive environment. So whatever stage you’re at, come along and get writing! Sessions will be held between 9 – 11 AM on Tuesdays.

Use DJ equipment and integrate your music into a composition by focusing on techniques, cultural integration and teamwork.Participants registering for the workshops may attend only one session.
