Qatar National Library (QNL) has recently signed a new Open Access publishing agreement with Elsevier, enabling eligible researchers in Qatar to publish their research Open Access with reduced or no article publishing charges. This workshop aims to introduce researchers to the agreement, explain how it works in practice, and guide participants through the process of publishing Open Access with Elsevier journals.
