Disaster Risk Management and Preparedness in Documentary Heritage Institutions

Qatar National Library, in its capacity as the IFLA Regional Center forPreservation and Conservation for Arab Countries and the Middle East, announcesthe launch of a series of online training courses for professionals working inlibraries, archives and documentary heritage institutions. The training will beconducted in Arabic only. Dr. Abdelhamid Salah Al-Sharif, an internationalexpert with over 15 years of experience in disaster risk management andemergency response in the heritage sector, will be conducting the trainingcourses.
