Dr. Rania Abdel Rahman Abed Rabbo is the Chairman of the Digital Transformation Committee of the Arab Federation for Libraries and Information (AFLI) and is a lecturer on library and information sciences in the Faculty of Arts at Menoufia University, Egypt.
Dr. Rania is also concerned with the development of digital services, research, digitization information and databases at Library Oasis Qatar. In addition, she is a trainer of information sciences and digital archiving at the regional center of the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Formerly, Dr. Rania worked as a trainer of information sciences and library systems at UNESCO’s regional center in Egypt.
