Tatiana is the director of the library at Carnegie Mellon University - Qatar and holds a Master of the Arts in Education from Belarus Linguistic University and a Master of Library and Information Science from Simmons University in Boston.
She has more than 20 years of international experience with university libraries in Belarus, Canada and Qatar. Her research interests and expertise lie in information and digital literacy, staff development and library leadership.
