Eiman S. AlShamari is the Acting Manager of the National Collection at Qatar National Library and the Manager of the IFLA Middle East and North Africa Regional Office. A PhD researcher at the University of Sheffield, she specializes in national and public libraries, societal development and sustainability. With extensive experience in research and library development, Eiman has led more than 70 workshops and contributed to IFLA, international conferences, and research projects, focusing on advancing library development and promoting knowledge accessibility across the MENA region.
