Adrian De Chavez Bolotano, Library Coordinator, Museum of Islamic Art Library
Library coordinator at the Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) Library since August 2020, but has more than six years’ experience at the MIA, working in both the museum gift shop and the library. Adrian holds a BSc in hotel and restaurant management from Our Lady of Fatima University in the Philippines and has been a member of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions since 2020.
Sanaa Laabar, Library Coordinator, Museum of Islamic Art Library
Sanaa was born in Muscat, Oman, and raised in Doha, Qatar. Tunisian by nationality, she has always been passionate about language, culture and knowledge. Sanaa earned a BA in English literature, linguistics and translation from Qatar University and later pursued an MA in digital humanities and societies at Hamad bin Khalifa University. Currently, she works as a library coordinator at the Museum of Islamic Art, where she helps bridge cultural heritage and modern research. With her academic background, she strives to contribute to the preservation and accessibility of knowledge in meaningful ways.
