Carol Daul Elhindi, Manager of Reference Service at Qatar National Library, holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Dominican University, River Forest, Illinois. She has more than 13 years of experience as an associate professor and academic librarian at public and private university libraries in the United States. She is also the coauthor of the book The 360 Librarian: A Framework for Integrating Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence and Critical reflection in the Workplace.
