VISA
Travelers from 101 countries can enter Qatar visa-free, while all others can easily apply for an e-visa through the Hayya platform. It is the responsibility of the participant to check their specific visa requirements according to their nationality. Please click here for visa requirements.
Please note that visa requirements can occasionally change at short notice. It is the sole responsibility of participants to ensure they have the correct visa required to enter Qatar. Please note that Qatar National Library accepts no liability for any Libraries Lead participants who do not secure a visa.

Transportation
Participants will need to make their own arrangements for transportation to and from the forum venue.

Taxis
The national transport company Mowasalat operates the bus, taxi and limousine service Karwa. Taxi fares around Doha vary according to the time of day and type of vehicle.
The taxi booking number for Karwa is: (+974) 4458 8888, and you can also download the Karwa Taxi mobile application. Uber is also available in Qatar 24 hours a day. You can book a car through its mobile application.

Tourist Buses
Tourist buses have been recently introduced to Doha. Doha Bus is a hop-on, hop-off bus service. Tickets need to be purchased in advance. For more information, click here.

Metro
Doha Metro’s Qatar National Library station, which is on the Green Line, started operating in December 2019. The line starts at Al-Mansoura station and ends at Al-Riffa. Once at the Library metro station, it is a five-minute-walk to the main entrance of QNL. Trains run every six minutes and the journey between stations lasts approximately three minutes. You can also use the metro network to move around Doha. The metro station at Qatar National Library provides convenient access to downtown hotels.
