The Major Observatories

This session of the Science Book Forum featured Moroccan researcher Youssef Moulin, who discussed the major astronomical observatories and their role in our understanding of the origins and evolution of the universe and the celestial bodies in it. He also discussed some of the facts and common misconceptions about the formation and development of stars and galaxies, and the effect of that on the understanding of the possibility of the existence of similar solar systems and planets like Earth.
