This month at the Book Club for the Blind, we will discuss Helen Keller's The Story of My Life. Keller was afflicted with a serious illness that damaged her sight and hearing, and she became a famed advocate for the visually impaired. The audiobook is available in the Naxos Spoken Library.

This workshop will demonstrate different assistive technology devices that can be used by hearing impaired and deaf individuals without special requirements.

We cordially invite you to a lecture entitled “Exploring Mars: The Path of a Mars Scientist and Engineer” by Dr. Danielle Nuding, Systems Engineer at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The lecture is held in collaboration with the US Embassy in Doha, as part of its Speakers Program.
