A casual gathering of knitters around Qatar at QNL that will give participants a chance to share their skills in knitting together in a friendly atmosphere. Knitting materials will be provided for the event, but participants are free to bring their own materials as well.

We invite all karaoke lovers to spend a fun time with friends singing their favorite songs at the library! There will be five karaoke machines available, each located in a closed room. You can book one of the rooms for a private karaoke session with a group of up to five people. The karaoke system connects to any mobile device or laptop. You can use your own music, karaoke apps or any online videos.

Learn about Qatar National Library’s online resources for children that cover a wide variety of their learning needs.

Calling all the home schooled children for fun art and science exploration sessions at their favorite place: Qatar National Library. The sessions will run over the period of 3 days and for 3 hours on each day.

Learn the basics of the weaving techniques on a pre-made loom and create a small rug out of yarn.

Learn all about the different things you can do in the library and participate in the scavenger hunt!

In this public speaking workshop, attendees will learn many skills that will help them speak with confidence to an audience, how to prepare for public speaking, and how to utilize tone of voice and body language.

This workshop will introduce Google Docs, the package of free Google Apps that share incredible collaborating platform. Apps that will be covered are (Google Documents, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms and Google Keep)
