To celebrate the Qatar-United States Year of Culture 2021, Qatar National Library will host the exhibition “Arab Immigrants in the US: Pursuing the American Dream", which deals with the history of Arab immigrants to the US in several different areas. In this panel discussion, which is held on the sidelines of the Exhibition, our speakers will highlight several important contexts of Arab-American history: history and characteristics of immigration, Arab and American culture and integration between them, and Arab-American literature and its importance in reflecting the actual conditions of Arab society in the U.S.

In celebration of Qatar National Day, we invite all talented young adult artists to showcase their appreciation for Qatari culture through painting and other art forms. This two-hour session will give you the opportunity to work alongside several members of Qatar’s arts community. 

Parents and teachers are invited to join this workshop on how to work with adolescents to learn about their developmental characteristics and ways to guide them.

The Library, in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport and Communications and Tasmu Coders, an initiative that promotes computing and information technology among young adults, presents a Python mathematics workshop. Participants will be able to create a Python program that enables them to enter 10 numbers and then displays:
