We invite you to attend this workshop with Fatima Al-Mohannadi, a student in eighth grade, who will talk about autism and how to raise awareness in the community. Fatima is the young student who initiated the "You’re Not Alone" project, which aims to educate people on how to deal with and live with autism.

Join the Arabic Book Club for a virtual book discussion. We will discuss The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, by Stephen R. Covey. To borrow the title electronically, visit this link to the book in our OverDrive database and choose the option “borrow”; from there, you will need to log in using your Library membership number and PIN. The event will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams.

The Library, in collaboration with Emerald Publishing, presents a workshop on how to write a teaching case study. This program will help researchers learn why to write a case study, select a topic, structure the study, and create teaching notes, as well as provide key writing tips.

In the second season of the Productive Researcher Series, we will focus how to how to get an academic article published in a scholarly journal. The talk will cover choosing a topic, approaching a topic (including theoretical frameworks), writing styles, choosing a journal, the submission process, and the peer review and revision process. Dr. James Onley, Editor of the Journal of Arabian Studies and the Library's Director of Historical Research and Partnerships, will share his insights and advice.
