The Creative Writing Circle for Adults is an opportunity for creative writers to come together and share their work. The group will provide inspiration, feedback and encouragement in a supportive environment. So whatever stage you’re at, come along and get writing.

The neolithic drawings on the walls of Elba are the lessons that helped our ancestors to survive in difficult times. The Library is continuing this historic tradition of writing by creating time and space for you to express your thoughts and feelings using words.

What is information literacy? How can you build information literacy in your students and help them evaluate the validity of their sources? We rely on our teachers and children's librarians to transfer this important skill to young learners. In this session, we will identify the main topics of information literacy and present ideas for activities that can be included as part of their learning program.This session is designed for teachers and elementary school librarians.
