In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of dipomatic relations between Georgia and the State of Qatar, the Library will host a panel exhibition in collaboration with the Georgian Embassy regarding the history of Arabic manuscripts in Georgia. The exhibition will highlight the Arab manuscript collection preserved in the Georgian National Centre of Manuscripts.

The term Harmoniemusik is usually used to describe a wind chamber ensemble of flexible instrumentation. In the 18th century, this type of performance was frequently found at the court and salons of Europe. Members of the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra will perform pieces for wind octet by Rossini, Haydn, Beethoven and Dvořák in the final concert of the Philharmonic at the Library Series 2022-23.
