The Library, as the IFLA Preservation and Conservation Center for Arab Countries and the Middle East, invites you to this lecture on the role that the Manuscript Processing and Preservation Laboratory plays in preserving manuscripts in non-governmental libraries in the historic city of Chinguetti, Mauritania. The laboratory is part of the National Foundation for the Protection of Ancient Cities in Mauritania.
